Milk Booster

Susu badan adalah rezeki. Bukan semua orang senang-senang nak produce susu badan. Jadi, jangan lah kecam ibu-ibu yang bagi anak dia minum formula milk. 

Ada sesetengah ibu, walau tak dibantu milk booster tetapi diberi rezeki susu badan yang banyak.

Bagi pengalaman Kak Kay, kedua-dua anak diberi kadar susu mengikut keperluan masing-masing. 

Milk produce sedikit terganggu sewaktu bulan puasa. Jadi Kak Kay amalkan puasa selang seli. Nanti boleh ganti dan bayar fidyah. Apa-apa Kak Kay dahulukan keperluan anak. Allah dah beri jalan dan kemudahan. Kenapa nak buat susah?

Resepi sup milk booster:

Ayam bahagian bertulang (sebab nak essence ayam)
Lobak putih
Lobak merah
Bawang putih
Sawi
Daun sup
Daun bawang

Renih ayam bersama bawang putih api perlahan
Apabila dah mendidih boleh masukkan lobak putih dan merah
Tutup api
Masukkan sawi
Daun sup

Side note: Sup milk booster ni sesuai untuk anak yang ada jaundice.

KITCHEN TIPS From Africa



1. Never store Onions and Potatoes together because both produce a gas that causes either of them to spoil quickly.

2. Put two or three orange leaves in your hot palm oil on the fire. Let the leaves turn black before removing it. By then your palm oil becomes pure groundnut oil also giving your food a nice taste.

3. To avoid feeling a peppering hotness on your hands after cutting pepper with bare hand scrub your hand with salt and red oil then wash it.

4. If you happen to over salt a pot of soup, just drop in a peeled potato. The potato will absorb the excess salt.

5. If your Soup or Stew goes sour while warming it, add little piece of Charcoal and remove after warming, the taste will come back.

6. Never put citrus fruits (oranges, lemon, lime, etc) or tomatoes in the fridge. The low temperature degrades the aroma and flavor of these fruits.

7. When storing empty airtight containers, throw in a pinch of salt to keep them from getting stinky.

8. If your salt is becoming lumpy, put a few grains of rice in with it to absorb excess moisture.

9. To reuse cooking oil without tasting whatever was cooked in the oil previously, cook a 1/4" piece of ginger in the oil. It will remove any remaining flavors and odors.

Cara buat cili jeruk



Orang lama bila buat jeruk cili kampung utk dijadikan sambal lada@air lada.
Yg penting guna air kelapa muda,
Ada cara lain lagi yg best utk bangkitkan aura bau cili jeruk?
Sedap dimakan dgn mee sup,nasi berlauk🀩

Cara buat.
.1 kilo cili kampung(buang klu ada cili2 rosak,cuci bersih x payah buang tangkal dan sejat bagi kering).
.Dah kering masukkan cili dlm balang berpenutup,masukkan air kelapa paras cili.
.Tutup dan jeruk selama seminggu.(Jgn dibuka2 penutup balang tu selama jeruk)
.Saya simpan diluar saja utk cili lembut dan mudah proses nk tumbuk.
.Simpan peti blh jgk tp lambatla cili lembut.
.Bila dh seminggu,buangkan air kelapa&jgn bilas.
.Bila satu minggu tu air kelapa tu akan jadi keruh&sedikit keladak.Jgn risau ok je tu.
.Kali pertama bukak balang tu nanti akan bau yg sgt membuka selera.. Aumm
.Boleh tumbuk@bland kasar ditambah dgn garam,gula&cuka(apple@nipah)secukup rasa.
.Dah settle bolehlah masuk dlm balang lain&simpan dlm peti sejuk.
